Individual Trauma Therapy

Together, we'll work on developing your ability to observe painful emotions from a place of safety. Central to our work is cultivating a new sense of self-compassion that allows you to hold yourself gently as we navigate difficult feelings. Rather than avoiding emotional discomfort, we'll learn to approach it with a sense of kind curiosity, helping you restore a sense of safety and security within yourself.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

KAP combines safe, legal ketamine treatment with supportive therapy in a nurturing environment. This approach helps address the underlying causes of depression, anxiety, and trauma in a way that creates lasting healing. Many clients experience welcome relief from distressing thought patterns and gain new perspectives on painful experiences.

You may benefit from KAP if:

  • You find yourself feeling “stuck” after trying other traditional therapeutic modalities.

  • Daily life feels overwhelming, and you're exhausted from carrying emotional burdens.

  • You long to step beyond your comfort zone but struggle with self-doubt and fear.

  • Distressing memories keep you trapped in past pain, preventing you from experiencing present joy.

about MY APPROACH

My style of providing individual therapy is informed through a lens of trauma-focused acceptance and commitment therapy (TFACT) and compassion-focused therapy (CFT). In addition to TFACT and CFT, I’ve found myself especially drawn to psychedelic integration work.
