Living within a daily atmosphere of retraumatization can be absolutely grinding. While we might try our best to numb ourselves or compartmentalize our experiences, our problems end up in suspension, seemingly out of the reach of help.

As a therapist, I view my role as one that gently assists you in turning towards the things you don’t want to look at, in saying the words that feel unspeakable, and in making contact with the parts of you that feel out of reach. Piece by piece, our work at Compassion Frame Therapy will aid you in finding a new sense of security within yourself, assisting you in sustaining a sense of well-being amidst your suffering.
